These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of coaching services offered by Jay Barry Matthews trading as Radical Energy, with address at Floridablanca, 102, Barcelona, Spain 08015 and NIE 08CTCIX080620260000663.

4.1 Description of services

Radical Energy offers energy coaching and personal wellbeing services, including individual sessions, coaching programmes and digital resources. Coaching is a personal development process based on dialogue and reflection; it does not constitute psychological therapy, medical advice or any type of healthcare service.

4.2 Booking process

You can book sessions or purchase services through the booking system available on the website. Booking confirmation will be sent by email to the address you provide. The contract is considered concluded once you receive your booking confirmation.

4.3 Pricing and payment

Service prices are displayed on the website and include applicable VAT. Payment is made through the secure payment gateway integrated into the site, which may accept credit/debit cards or other methods indicated during checkout. THE OWNER does not store bank card details.

4.4 Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: full refund or option to reschedule at no cost.

• Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% credit applicable to future services.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows: no refund or credit issued.

For digital products or services with immediate access (recordings, downloadable materials), you lose the right of withdrawal as soon as you access the content, in accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

4.5 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with consumer and user regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason, provided the service has not yet commenced. To exercise this right, please contact: jazbazmaz@gmail.com.

4.6 Liability and limitations

You acknowledge that the results of coaching depend on your own personal commitment and effort. THE OWNER makes no guarantee of specific outcomes. Coaching services do not under any circumstances replace medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. If you have or suspect any physical or mental health condition requiring professional care, please seek the appropriate specialist.

4.7 Confidentiality

THE OWNER commits to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding the content of sessions and personal information shared by the client during the coaching process. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect after the contractual relationship has ended.

4.8 Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by current Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
