Hey babes, I’m Jay, a movement coach and embodiment practitioner with over 9 years of experience leading group classes and immersive workshops that center health, strength, and personal transformation.
My coaching methodology integrates functional training, HIIT, yoga and somatic awareness to support physical and emotional resilience, while also creating space for expression, play, and joy.
As a certified 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga teacher, Somatic Coach, and Drag artist, I bring some sassy energy to our sweaty sessions. Movement isn’t just about fitness, it’s a powerful tool for self-expression, liberation, and coming home to the body.
Currently, I'm a resident fitness coach at Club Athleten in Berlin and Shanti Vida Yoga in Barcelona. I love to coach outdoors where we can affirm our place in this world and take up space so come and workout with me in the wild!
